What does a subscription membership include?
During your active membership period you can download all existing products, newly released products and receive full access to regular updates and subscriber support throughout the plan duration.
Can I resell your products?
No, subscribing to Envuno grants you a license to use the products within your projects only. All products and their associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Envuno at all times. The products are always a resources of author Envuno.
What happens when my membership plan expires?
When your membership expires you can continue to use all products downloaded during your active period. However, you will no longer be able to access newly released products, updated versions or subscriber support until your membership is renewed.
I subscribed and paid but I am unable to log in or download products!
Please check your spam or junk folder for the account activation confirmation email. If you still have not received it please reach out to us via our contact us with proof of your payment and we will resolve it promptly.
How many products can I download after subscribing?
You can download all new and existing products available in our library throughout your entire membership period. We release a minimum of one new product every month to keep the library growing.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Once your payment is successfully completed your subscription is activated and you can immediately access and download all products in your library.
Is the subscription fee a recurring payment?
No, your subscription will not renew or rebill automatically. Once your membership period ends your account will be deactivated and no further charges will be made. You can renew or reactivate your membership at any time of your choosing.
My membership expired how can I renew and reactivate my account?
To renew simply log in to your existing Envuno account and select a new subscription plan. The new membership will be added directly to your existing account without the need to create a new one.
Can I purchase a single product instead of subscribing?
Yes, individual products can be purchased as a single item if you do not wish to subscribe to a full membership plan. Premium standalone purchases are also available for select resources.
Are all products compatible with the latest versions?
Yes, all products in our library are built and tested to be fully compatible with the latest available versions at the time of release and are updated regularly to maintain compatibility.
