Important information

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Envuno. Once you register as a member, you are considered to have read, understood and agreed to all terms and conditions listed here. Envuno reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

Delivery

After your subscription payment is successfully completed, Envuno will send your account and access details to your registered email address within 24 hours. If you do not receive your confirmation within this time, please contact us through our website or at [support@envuno.com](mailto:support@envuno.com). Once signed in, you will have immediate access to all products, downloads and the support forum included in your subscription plan.

Modification

You are permitted to make any modifications to downloaded products to suit your project requirements. Publishing, redistribution or reselling of products in any form is strictly not permitted under any circumstances. Modification or deletion of copyright information in the file headers is not allowed. Only the author copyright link in the footer of a product may be removed if required under an eligible paid subscription plan.

Limited Usage of Products

Subscribers can download all products within the validity period of their active license. Domain based support is limited per plan as follows BASIC: support for 1 domain, STANDARD: support for 3 domains and BUSINESS: support for 10 domains. Domains must be registered during the sign up period. The domain limit is determined by the membership plan you selected at the time of joining. Once your membership expires, you may continue to access and use previously downloaded products but will not be able to download new or premium products or access the support forum until your subscription is renewed.

Membership Renewal

Members will receive an email notification 7 to 10 working days before their subscription is due to expire. To renew, simply log in to your existing account and select a new subscription plan your account history and previously downloaded products will remain intact. Renewal discounts are applied automatically to eligible members at the time of checkout.

Unauthorized Use

You may not place any of our products, whether modified or unmodified, on any storage medium, website or platform and offer them for redistribution or resale in any form without prior written consent from Envuno. You may not sublicense, assign or transfer your Envuno subscription or membership to any other individual or organisation without our prior written approval.

Ownership

Intellectual property rights to any Envuno product whether in its original or modified form remain solely with Envuno. All products are registered and legally protected. All products are provided without guarantee of any kind, express or implied. Envuno accepts no responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage or loss arising from the use of or inability to use our products.

Updates

All products are developed and tested against current platform and framework versions available at the time of release. We do not guarantee compatibility with future versions of any third-party platform or software. Our support forum is available to active subscribers to help resolve any compatibility or version-related issues as they arise.

Refund

Once your subscription is activated you gain full access to the entire product library and a refund cannot be issued. Please review all available product information, previews and live demos thoroughly before subscribing to ensure the platform meets your expectations and requirements before completing your purchase.

Warranty and Support

Envuno does not provide any guarantee or warranty for its products in any form, express or implied. We cannot assure compatibility with all third-party extensions, plugins or integrations compatibility should always be verified against the live demo environment prior to subscribing. Customers must ensure that their chosen browsers and environments are compatible with our products as we cannot guarantee performance across all browser and system configurations. An active subscription is required to access the support forum and receive technical assistance.

Governing law

Any claim or dispute relating to the Envuno platform or its services shall be governed by the laws of the State of India without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
