What does this membership mean?

Envuno offers subscription membership plans for users. Within the active subscription period, members get complete access to our entire library of digital products available on the platform. This includes all templates, themes, graphics, scripts and plugins we have created over the years, as well as any new products added during your subscription period.

I completed the payment but have not received any confirmation email or access details?

Please check your Spam or Junk folder in your email inbox first. If you still have not received it, please contact us with proof of payment. Our system automatically creates and activates your account after a successful payment. In some cases, payment may not process correctly and we will need to review and manually activate your account access.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

No, your subscription will not renew automatically. You will receive an email notification before your subscription expires so you have enough time to decide whether you would like to renew your plan and continue enjoying full access.

How can I renew or reactivate my account?

To renew, simply log in to your Envuno account and select a subscription plan the new plan will be added to your existing account and access will be restored immediately without the need to create a new account.

Can I upgrade my subscription plan?

Yes, you can upgrade your subscription plan if you need a longer duration or a higher access level. Please contact us via the contact form for guidance on how to upgrade your current active subscription to a more suitable plan.

Can I use downloaded products on my client websites?

Yes, once subscribed you are free to use any of our products on personal or client websites without restriction. We have no domain limitations you can use our products across as many websites as you need, within the terms of your active membership period and license.

Is reselling Envuno products allowed?

No, reselling all or any part of the products available on Envuno is strictly prohibited under our licensing terms. Purchased or downloaded resources are for your own personal or client project use only. Please review our full Terms of Use for details.

Can I still use products after my membership expires?

After your subscription expires you will no longer be able to download new or updated products from our library. However, any products you previously downloaded during your membership period can continue to be used without any time restriction or limitation.

Do you offer refunds?

As Envuno deals entirely in digital downloadable products, we are unable to issue refunds once you have logged in and accessed the platform. If your records show that you subscribed but have not logged in or accessed any downloads, we will be happy to review and process a refund for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment methods for subscribing to any of our membership plans. In addition to PayPal, we also accept card payments and other available checkout options to make the payment process as convenient as possible for all users.

Can I remove the Envuno branding from products?

Yes, you are permitted to remove the footer copyright link from any product downloaded under an active paid subscription plan. This applies to all premium membership plans. However, removing copyright links from free products is not permitted under any circumstances.

What license do the products come under?

All products available on Envuno are released as commercial digital goods under our standard subscription license unless otherwise stated on the individual product page. Please review the license page for full details.

Do you provide technical support via the contact form?

For all technical support queries please post a thread in our support forum. We are unable to handle technical questions via email or the contact form. For pre sale questions, confidential matters or general enquiries, please use the contact form directly.

How long does support access last?

Product support is provided for the full duration of your active subscription period from the date your membership begins. Once your subscription expires, support access will also expire unless renewed.

How do I install a product on my server?

Full installation guides and step by step instructions for all products are available in our documentation and tutorials section. Installation is straightforward follow the provided guide and you will have everything up and running in no time.

How many websites can I use products on?

Our membership plans include the following website license support limits BASIC: 1 website support (1 year), STANDARD: 3 website supports (1 year), BUSINESS: 10 website supports (1 year) and ENTERPRISE: unlimited website supports with no domain restrictions.

Are your products mobile friendly and responsive?
