Product Licenses

Whenever you subscribe to Envuno, you are purchasing a license to access and use all products available within your chosen membership plan.

Your license gives you the right to use any product accessed through Envuno in a personal or commercial project for yourself or a client, but products cannot be resold or redistributed in any form.

There are several membership plans and license types available based on your needs. Please read through the different license usages carefully and choose accordingly.

All published products are GPL compliant. Some code portions of our products are licensed under the appropriate GPL License of the respective parent platform or framework.

The code portions developed by Envuno or its partners and all non-compiled portions including images, stylesheets and javascript of products are licensed under the "Envuno Commercial License" in accordance with our Terms of Use.

The Envuno Commercial License is a GPL compatible license that applies to the images, stylesheets and javascript elements of all published products on this platform. As defined by the GPL license, these elements that are sent independently of GPL code and combined in a client's browser are not required to be GPL themselves. These images, stylesheets and javascript elements are copyrighted by Envuno or our partners and may be used and customised for your own or your clients' purposes. You cannot redistribute these files as your own or include them in a package of your own without prior written consent from Envuno. Two license types are available:

• For a single domain - Standard License
• For unlimited domains - Extended License, which is the ideal option for independent web designers, developers or agencies who want to use our products for client projects. This license does NOT permit redistribution of products or designs in any form.

"Free" products are released under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 license. This means they can be used for private and commercial purposes, edited or redistributed freely as long as you retain the link back to Envuno.com. To remove the link, you will need to purchase an Envuno Commercial License.

How To Choose The Right License For You?

Standard License:

The Standard License allows use of the product in one end project for yourself or for a single client. You may transfer that end product to your client for any fee. The license is then transferred to your client.

You Can

• Use the product in an end project which you are creating for yourself or for a client.
• Modify, customise or combine the product with other works to create a final deliverable.

You Can’t

• Incorporate the product in a work created for redistribution or resale by you or your client.
• Redistribute or resell a product obtained through Envuno.
• Extract or use individual licensed components of a product on a standalone basis.

If the product was created using materials subject to a GNU General Public License (GPL), your use is governed by the terms of the GPL to the extent it applies.

Extended License:

The Extended License allows you to use the product to create one single end project for yourself or for a client and that end product may be sold.

This license must be selected if you intend to license, sublicense, redistribute or commercially resell the final product.

You Can

• Use the product to create one single end project for yourself or a client which can be sold.
• Incorporate the product in a work created for redistribution or resale by you or your client.
• Modify, customise or combine the product with other works to create a final deliverable.

You Can’t

• Redistribute or resell a product directly obtained from Envuno.
• Extract or use individual licensed components of a product on a standalone basis.
• If the product was created using materials subject to a GNU General Public License (GPL), your use is governed by the terms of the GPL to the extent it applies.

Membership / Subscription Plans:

We provide domain-based support limits for BASIC (1 domain), STANDARD (3 domains) and BUSINESS (10 domains). All our products are 100% GPL compliant. The ENTERPRISE plan has no domain restriction it is an annual membership that gives you full access to the entire product library with the ability to use products on unlimited domains.

BASIC Membership

You Can

• Access and use products across unlimited domains but support is provided for up to 1 domain ideal for personal use projects.
• Access all products available in the library except scripts and application-type products.
• Receive a no discount on each subscription renewal.

You Can’t

• Download existing, new or updated script and application-type products under this plan.

STANDARD Membership

You Can

• Access and use products across unlimited domains but support is provided for up to 3 domains.
• Access all products available in the library except scripts and application-type products.
• Receive a 5% discount on each subscription renewal.

You Can’t

• Download existing, new or updated script and application type products under this plan.

BUSINESS Membership

You Can

• Access and use products across unlimited domains but support is provided for up to 10 domains.
• Access all products in the full library including scripts and application-type products.
• Download existing, new and updated script and application-type products.
• Receive a 15% discount on each subscription renewal.

ENTERPRISE Membership

You Can

• Access and use products across unlimited domains with full support for unlimited domains.
• Access the complete product library including all scripts and application-type products.
• Download existing, new and updated script and application-type products.
• Receive a 30% discount on each subscription renewal.

Note: When renewing your BASIC, STANDARD, BUSINESS or ENTERPRISE plan, please contact us before completing your renewal checkout to receive your applicable renewal discount code.
