General information

Get the most out of our support through our Support Forum, product pages, Contact Form and comment support sections. We do not offer support via email or external channels for installation, customisation or administration queries. Product comment sections and support threads are available to active Envuno subscribers only.

Language of Support

We provide support in the English language only. For the fastest response, we recommend using our Support Forum where our team and community are most active.

Eligibility for Support

Envuno provides dedicated support to active subscription members only. For more details on membership plans, click here. For free products, community support is available through our comment sections and forum pages.

Priority Support

Active premium subscription members receive first priority for all support requests both general and technical. Our team will always address premium subscriber queries before all others.

Working Hours for Support

We provide support across extended hours and aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday). Response times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and current workload in some cases it may take up to 1 to 2 business days for a full resolution.

Our Support Covers

  • Bugs related to broken product functions including templates, themes, extensions and plugins.
  • Compatibility issues arising from new product installations across supported platforms and frameworks.
  • Setup and configuration bugs related to any Envuno template, theme, extension or plugin.
  • Source code assistance directly related to the template or theme product itself.

Our Support Does Not Cover

Envuno does not warrant or guarantee that products will function with all third-party extensions, integrations or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be verified against the live demo available on our demo server. Please ensure your target browsers are compatible before purchase as we cannot guarantee that all products will perform identically across every browser and environment combination.

Bug Fixing

We are committed to resolving all reported product bugs as quickly as possible once they are brought to our attention. During standard support hours, most bugs are addressed within 24 to 48 hours. For minor fixes, we may provide an interim solution via the forum while the core product package is updated and republished.
